Thanks for looking! Up for your bidding pleasure today we have an incredibly RARE, OUT-OF-PRINT split 7" single between The Wrens and Park Ave. This split vinyl was released in 1997 on Saddle Creek Records (LBJ-14). The record itself is in excellent, near-mint condition and looks to never have been played. Sleeve is in excellent condition as well. Record comes with original Saddle Creek Records insert from the summer of 1997.

The Wrens are a popular indie-rock band from New Jersey who are well known for their excellent full-length The Meadowlands from 2003. Park Ave. was a shortlived band from Omaha, Nebraska that featured notable indie-rock scene favorites Conor Oberst (Bright Eyes) on drums and vocals, Clark Baechle (The Faint) on vocals and guitar, and Neely Jenkins and Jamie Williams (Tilly and the Wall) on vocals, bass and guitar. Pictures below are of the item you will be receiving. Tracklisting is as follows:

Side A: The Wrens- Fireworks and James, I Wanna.

Side B: Park Ave.- Cloak and Dagger and Wax Museum.

If you are a collector of Conor Oberst/Saddle Creek releases, please take a look at my other auctions for the split 7" between Commander Venus (another early band of Conor Oberst) and Drip, released on Saddle Creek Records in 1996.
