Up for bid are the original thermos negatives for the 1978 SUPERMAN lunchbox thermos made by Aladdin. This is the lunchbox that was based on the Superman Movie starring Christopher Reeve. T are 25+ pieces included - I couldn't fit them all in the photo. The negatives themselves, were used to make the print die that printed Aladdins thermoses. Each thermos was individually silk screened in this process, adding one color at a time. I am fairly certain that these items are one of a kind. Several of the negatives are taped to a 10x16 piece of masking paper. Different parts of the masking paper have been cut out to expose different parts of the negatives . Several of them are not taped to anything and are in varying degrees of darkness. Some of the loose negatives are stuck together and brittle. T are three cardboard sheets that have the reverse image of the thermos printed on them, in black, gray and green inks. T is a hand drawn black pen drawing of Clark Kent taking off his shirt, to expose the Superman outfit underneath. This is done on a torn piece of velum, t are places w you can see the artist whited-out mistakes. (see pics) T are 3 black and whites of scenes from the movie (I think).
