History of Binh Thuan Shipwreck

Vietnamese fishermen found the Binh Thuan shipwreck in 1998.The shipwreck pieces are all from the late Ming Dynasty (15th century).Most of the pieces are blue & white. During 2001 that the Vietnamese government carried out the salvaged operation, But before that, a few porcelain pieces have already start appearing in Vietnamese antique market. Christie's Australia has auction part of the Binh Thuan cargo collections on early march 2004.

We have acquired some pieces from Vietnam and are now offering them for sale.

Description of the Artifact for sale

Each with indented coners and painted with a carp leaping from waves ,the rim with floral sprays

Pg21,item 35 Almost a simliar Item finial auction price is USD196.90 .

Item are all sold on behalf of a Binh Thuan Shipwreck collector.Almost of his Binh Thuan collection are prefect .
