The Razor This razor is in mint condition despite being one and a half years old (it was a part of a rotation set). My lifestyle has recently changed and I cannot use this razor as often as I would like. Thus, I cannot justify an expensive blade that I can't enjoy. The razor is made out of carbon steel. The handle is made out of wood. The spine and the blade are beautifully decorated. The blade has a gold stamp is in mint condition. Moreover, the blade has been professionally honed. So yes, this is shave ready.Note, this is a very sharp delicate item. If you are new to straight razor shaving, please look elsewhere. This is a very expensive razor for those of you who are still learning!
