Most of you will know about this legendary razor, which was forged by Pierre Thiers himself (founder of Thiers Issard), and was issued in a limited edition of 450. This razor is number 338. These sold out long ago, and are only rarely available on ebay or other auction sites. The razor measures just under 6/8, but has a heavier than normal feel for a blade of this size. Beautiful blond horn scales. Since these razors were forged by hand, no two are exactly alike. Near mint condition, with gold wash intact. Original packaging and leather sheath included. As is common with these, there is a very slight warp to the blade, but Max () honed it up beautifully. I've since touched it up on a Naniwa 12k and CrOx and it is an amazing shaver, with a sharp, but very smooth edge.Original packaging and leather pouch included (but not the Rooney brushes!)
