Third Army Military Police uniform and hat. This grouping consists of a Third Army MP tunic, pants, and a winter cap. The tunic has the later occupation period collar discs*U.S. with a 3, and MP. It also has two post-war belt holders sewn into the seams on the back. It has a bullion third Army patch and two bullion overseas stripes. It also has the wool-on-wool MP brassard. T are two quarter sized moth holes in the bottom left-hand pocket and three dime sized holes in the back. The brassard also has some moth holes to the MP letters. The pants are in decent shape, but also have some small moth holes. The hat is the winter-issued version with fold down ear covers. It has a collar disc on it with the US and 3, but the screw has been replaced with two small holes used to sew the disc on the cap. The name I was given with the uniform was Joseph Parke, 3rd MP battalion. I believe he was from Oregon. THIS UNIFORM IS BEING RELISTED BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL BIDDER DID NOT PAY NOR RESPOND TO E-MAILS. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PAY PLEASE DO NOT BID.
