One of the best of the film noir titles is "This Gun For hire" from Paramount back in 1942.Though it was Robert Preston's picture it made a star of Alan Ladd along with Veronica Lake. This is a 1945 Re-issue of that film and I feel these are better looking and more engaaing than the original cards.This card is in pristine condition and perhaps the best card in the set. I see more of the 42' than these nowadays so give it a good look....Alan Ladd and Veronica Lake are now at the top and Robert Preston is listed fourth behind Laird Cregar who had tragically passed away in 1944 at the age of 28.Thanks for looking this one over.
