Gorgeous Thistle Brooch A lovely brooch with a central thistle set with an amethyst coloured stone. I am selling as faux amethyst as I have no way of telling if it is real or not. Around the edge of the circle are more thistles - please enlarge the photo to see this better. I bought it as silver plate but there are no markings. It is in good vintage condition.The silvering on the back of the faux amethyst is in good condition. There is a little tarnishing to the back of the brooch as you would expect,it should polish up but I have left it in its aged state. Box not included In very good used condition with straight pin and the clasp and its 'C' safety catch are intact Measures 4cm across I am happy to combine postage. P&P is normally charged at full price for the highest postage item then half price on additional items but only if paid for at the same time. All my items are from a clean, pet free non smoking home
