The Watchers in the Night decorator plate by Thomas Blackshear is fromThe Masterpeace Collection. Please note: The plate is in mint condition; however, it will not be in its original packaging. Certificate of Authenticity is included. Exact shipping charges will be determined once I receive the zip code of the winning bidder. Insurance will be required due to the fragile nature of this item. I accept Paypal, U.S. Postal Money Order, Cashier's Check, and E-check. I will ship the merchandise immediately after receiving a cleared payment. Paypal must be received within 3 days from the date the auction ends. U.S. Postal Money Order, Cashier's Check, or E-check must be received within 10 days from the date the auction ends. You will have 7 days to return the item for a refund but the item must be in the same condition as it was received. (Buyer pays for shipping to return the merchandise.)
