We offer for your consideration this beautiful, realistic "Children are the Light of the World" Doll, inspired by the renowned artwork of Thomas Kinade, sculptured by doll artist Waltraud Hanl, and issued by the Ashton-Drake Galleries. This doll is an original issue of the "So Truly Real" vinyl doll series. Her arms and legs are fully poseable. You may bend them to position her in any number of adorable poses. Each strand of her hair was delicately hand applied. She weighs 4 lbs. 7 oz. and is 22" long not including gown. She arrives in a white basket featuring a pale pink fabric lining imprinted with details from Thomas Kinkade's "The Garden of Prayer"artwork. A matching pillow bears the message "Children are the Light of the World". The doll comes dressed in a long gown of silky, pale yellow fabric with an intricately hand-smocked bodice, trimmed in lace, sparkling seed beads, ribbon embroidered roses and simulated pearls. This doll was pre-owned (from an estate sale) and her original packaging is not available, however, her "Certificae of Authenticity is included.
