Welcome to my Auction Up for bids today is a beautiful Limited Edition reverse painted lamp authorized by Thomas Kinkade. It is a beautiful, scenic painting of a rendering of his highly collected "A Light in the Storm' painting. The shade is glass and includes two mirror images of the lighthouse, rocks, flag pole with American flag proudly waving, cottage, etc. The base is approx. 15 1/2" across and 8" high. The elegant ornate bronze type base measures approx 17", not including the shade and takes two lightbulbs. I did not remove the wrapping from the sockets-those are still factory wrapped. Just look at the beautiful finial! Total lamp height approximately 22"-24". This lamp is NIB, having only been opened to take these pictures. I have the original box and all original styrofoam/packaging - so it will be packaged securely. Though the original box was a 'shipping' box, not a special box designed for the lamp. I did notice a very tiny 'chip' on the lip at the opening at the top of the lamp w the metal sleeve is put on. Please see the 2nd picture down in the 2nd row. It is very, very tiny. Since I never took it out of the box, it must have been received by me in 2003 like that. The metal cover that sits over this (between the finial and the glass) will cover it entirely.
