This auction is a retro Eames era coffee or tea service set by Thomas which is part of the Rosenthal company and is made in Germany. The coffee service is done in a white glaze and has been accented with a wonderful abstract tulip flower design in reddish orange and lavender glazes. The pattern appears on the front and back of all pieces except for the saucers which have no pattern at all. Markings: All pieces are marked Thomas Germany Approximate Dimensions: 1 Coffee Pot measures 9 ¼" in height and 8" in width including the handle 1 Creamer measures 3" in height and 4" in width including the handle 1 Covered Sugar bowl measures 3 ¼" in height and 3 ½" in width 5 Coffee or tea cups measure 3" in height and 3 ¼" in width including the handle 5 Saucers have a diameter of 6 ¾" Condition: The coffee service set is in very good condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs. These pieces have been gently used and show some light wear. The lids to the coffee pot and sugar bowl have a few tiny spots of rub to the red glaze. One saucer has a chip. This set is being sold in as found condition. Please refer to our pictures as they are part of our description. This coffee set would make a wonderful addittion to your mid century, retro modern or eames era décor and would be a fantastic complement to your Rosenthal dinnerware. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of auction without exception. If payment is not received within 7 days an unpaid item reminder will be sent. If still not paid within 24 hours of the reminder, a Non Paying bidder will be filed and item will be re-listed. Negative feedback will be posted for non-paying bidders. Provincial Sales Tax will be added to purchases from Ontario residents. FEEDBACK Appropriate feedback will be awarded to bidder at the conclusion of the transaction. SHIPPING Our shipping rates as are based on the shipping costs to the destination, plus a handling fee of $2.50. You will be notified if an additional packaging fee is necessary for larger or high-end items that require double boxing.
