Up for sale is a beautiful set of The Thomason Medallic Bible - Franklin Mint Collector's Edition. This book contains 5 thick and heavy pages with 12 coins per page. This set is based on an actual set of historical medals - Sir Edward Thomason of England created a set of 60 large 78mm biblical medals in the early 1800's, based on paintings by the old masters. The Franklin Mint adapted these designs to 45mm medals, and selected new biblical quotations for the reverse. I do expect paymen t within 48 hours of the purchase.
