This is a beautiful, Thomasville brand mahogany, Duncan Phyfe style china cabinet. It is also known as a break front. It dates from the 1940's era, and is in great condition. The Duncan Phyfe style was very popular in this era, and is still very popular today. It is in a rich, burgundy-red mahogany. ( Here in Oklahoma, we call this stain, cherry-mahogany, if that helps in describing the color of the wood.) This piece is located in Shawnee, Oklahoma which is right on Interstate 40, and is in the middle of the United States, North to South, and East to West. I will be glad to work with any shipping company or you in order to help you in purchasing this lovely set. If you are interested in having the china cabinet shipped to you, I know a shipping company that will pick it up, pack it and crate it, ship it to you, and deliver it to your house. If you would like for me to contact them, I would be glad to, or to give you their name. If you know of another freight company or want to pick it up yourself, I will be glad to work with you or them also. It will both fit in a full size pick up, or a full size utility van, which is what we drive.
