Comes with instructions, a booklet called "How I Use the Horse Race Analyzer For Fun and Success at the Races" by Maurice Zolotow, gaming editor of Los Angles Magazine, etc, and a green velvet carrying bag. The door to the battery clip is missing and the clip itself is weird, a normal modern 9-volt battery doesn't fit it. One of the two metal connectors is too big.
