THREE MOVE PROBLEMS and how to solve them, by F. Baird, published in London by George Routledge & Sons, Limited and in New York by E.P. Dutton & Company, 1913, 100 pages. F. Baird was an Editor for Cricket, Football and Chess publications. The book has 14 chapters with illustrations for each problem. The book is in good condition with some flaws. The pages are old and a bit brittle Some have cracked away from the spine but they are still attached. There is a stain like a water mark on the front cover. The first blank page before the book starts has cracked off at the corner and one page has cracked away at the edge (no text lost). The top and bottom edge of the spine show a little wear. There are pencil markings, a couple of letters next to some of the illustrations. The book includes an introduction, glossary of terms, problems, solutions and index to composers.
