You are viewing three vintage Forgecraft Hicarbon steel knives. Descriptions as follows: Knife #1---Forgecraft chef knife measures 12 3/4 inches overall with an 8 inch blade. Full tang with brass rivets. Minimal use and little if any re-sharpening. The blade has normal discoloration and cleaning scratches of the high carbon steel blade. Hardwood handle secure. Knife #2---Forgecraft butcher knife measures almost 11 3/4 inches long with a 7 inch blade. Full tang with brass rivets, hardwood handle secure. Also minimally used and re-sharpened. Normal discoloration on carbon steel blade. Knife #3---Forgecraft butcher knife same as knife #2 but with a little more discoloration. Might be a little older . 11 3/4 inches long overall with a 7 inch blade. Full tang, hardwood handles. Some pitting on blade. Brass rivets. Wood in all three knives could be beech or oak.
