This is a sterling silver plate made by Tiffany & Co that has its original box and bag. It says on the front "In grateful appreciation of twenty-five years of loyal service to Avon Customers, [Signed] James E. Preston, President, Avon Division". The back is marked, "Tiffany & Co Makers, Sterling Silver, 21508 C". It measures 8 inches in diameter and looks like it never left its box. The box is in good condition with just a small tear on one side and some light wear. A very neat Avon collectible by a quality silver maker.
