This is a rare Tiffany & Co. sterling silver plate that was awarded for 25 years of service to Avon representatives.The plate measures 8" in diameter, weighs 9.6 ounces and is engraved around the inside with the following: In grateful appreciation of twenty-five years of loyal service to Avon Customers.The plate has the etched signature of James E. Preston, President, Avon Division and the Avon logo.With the exception of the typical polishing marks and tarnish (I hate to polish sterling!), this plate is in excellent condition.The back rim is marked TIFFANY & CO MAKERS STERLING SILVER 21508 C.Shipping charges will be $6.00 via Priority Mail plus insurance.For
