Tiffany "Greek Narrow" Base With Leaded Glass Shade

The lamp base is signed (see image 9). The shade also has a Tiffany stamp affixed to one of the ribs (images 4 & 5). The shade is NOT a Tiffany. It looks as of someone has cut the Tiffany stamp from an ink well or some such & soldered it to the shade rib. I have owned this lamp for over 30 years & do not know who did the glass work. The harp has two spokes (at the top) that are loose & need to be resoldered. The nut on the bottom is missing & the base has been rewired. Other than those it is a very attractive desk lamp. The height is 20" to the top of the finial & the shade is 14" in idameter.
