(more pictures below) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` NO RESERVE TIFFANY STERLING SILVER DESK OR WRITING SET with TWO CRYSTAL INK WELLS EARLY 20TH CENTURY This desk set has been in our family since at least the 1930's. The mark says Tiffany & Co., 16040 Makers 424, Sterling Silver,, m. The tray measures 12" x 8." It has two cups to hold the inkwells and a long oval with supports for a pen. It rests on four claw feet. The ink wells are made of heavy crystal (2 lbs each) with sterling silver hinged lids. The entire piece weighs almost 6 lbs. T are no dents or dings in the tray, just minor surface scratching. One ink well has a chip out of one corner and a tiny ding (see pictures below) Paypal accepted.
