This is a Tiffany Studios dore bronze double inkwell in the Venetian pattern. It is a styled as a rectangular form treasure chest with a bronze latch on the top cover. It has an ornate line and scroll design throughout and a bottom border has sculpted minks all around the base. It is impressed "Tiffany Studios, New York, 1641" on the base. The piece measures 5 and 3/16" long at base, 3 and 1/16" deep and 2 and 3/4 tall. it is in very good shape, but the glass inserts are missing. Similar pieces can be seen on the internet for $800 to $2,300. ur reserve price is just $450. Please email us with any questions.
