Tiffany Studios Pine Needle Picture Frame, Signed

This auction is for what I believe is a picture frame but I'm not sure and it's bronze metal and green to white glass. It's signed on the back, TIFFANY STUDIOS, NEW YORK, 948 and is in the PINE NEEDLE pattern. It measures about 7 1/2" tall and about 6 1/2" wide and the opening for a picture (or whatever) is about 3 3/8" by about 2 1/4". It's in AS FOUND condition and hasn't been cleaned up. The bronze work is all in very nice condition but a bit green in places (patina?) and the glass does have some cracks in it (see pictures) but none is broken out and it's really very stable. It's very difficult to see the cracks from the front. I think this was part of a desk set.
