Tiffin Pink Depression Glass 3 Pc. Vanity Set

Believed to have been produced by the Tiffin Glass Co., this pink Depression glass vanity tray with a pink frosted glass inserted jar & lid. Both the tray and the lid are profusely decorated with green leaves and small yellow flowers. The inserted jar has specially molded areas for rouge and lipstick and measures 3 3/4" across x 1 3/4" tall. The tray has three compartments, one on each side of the jar, which sits on top of the third, and measures approx. 9"x 5" x 1 1/4". A similar Tiffin vanity set is shown on pg 131 of Whitmeyer - Bedroom & Bathroom Glassware of the Depression Years. All three pieces of this set are in excellent condition with the exception of a chip on the the underside of the outer rim of the frosted pink lid. Considering how hard it is to find a complete set with all the pieces, this damage is minor.
