2005 PGA Grand Slam of Golf Flag & More!!

Beautifully autographed by Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson along with Vijay Singh and Michael Campbell in black sharpie. This is one super golf memorabilia item.

This piece of golf history was purchased by me in April 2006 at a private school charity event in West Palm Beach , Florida . The event was co-chaired by the wives of British Open Champion and ABC commentator Ian Baker Finch and The Honda Classic PGA Tour executive director. This charity event was created several years ago by former school parent Barbara Nicklaus, along with her husband and golf legend, Jack Nicklaus. As in many years past, this Grand Slam of Golf item was another produced specially for the school fund raiser. Picture of item the night of the event is shown. Also pictured is written opinion by Heritage Auction Gallery dated January 31, 2008 indicating the value of the this item was estimated between $1,500 - $2,000.

Tiger Woods played in this most exclusive event 7 times and left Hawaii 6 times with the hardware. Woods, who battled a stomach virus in the opening round of this Grand Slam tournament held November 21-23, 2005, dominated this exclusive 36-hole event for the record 6 th time, pulling away with a stellar 8 under 64 to win by seven shots over Phil Mickelson. Woods showed no signs of a virus that caused him to lose six pounds, vomit during the opening round and miss Monday's pro-am, or the ankle he twisted while successfully defending his Dunlop Phoenix title the previous weekend in Japan .

Photos show detail of each autograph along with Tiger, Phil, Vijay & Mike holding their 2005 Masters & British Open, 2005 PGA Champion, 1998 & 2004 PGA Champion and 2000 Masters Champion and 2005 U.S. Open Champion trophies, respectively, with engraved brass color plaques below. Silver Grand Slam emblem compliments this piece.

The signed flag, photos and other items were beautifully arranged and assembled by Heritage Creations of Glen Falls, New York ( ), matted in white and blue, mahogany colored frame, glass covered and paper sealed back with wall hanging wire & hardware in its original bag. Original Certificate of Authenticity by R.E.M. Collectibles, Inc. is included. I would be happy to answer any questions. I have several more pictures of the piece to share if needed.
