this is a 6" x 6" color tile with a drawing by the modern and historical locomotive artist john gould it is of e44 4400-hp rectifier electric locomotive and in excellent shape it comes in the original box with papers the box has wide scotch tape around the edges and some wear john gould has had a long career in art both as artist and art instructor. he is also well known as a lecturer on art particularly oriental painting in 1957 he established the bethlehem art gallery and art school located near newburgh n.y.
