This was issued in 1999 and retired in 1999. Issue Price was $185 US and $296 Canada! This is NEW in original box. The building is porcelain and lights up, this comes with 2 lights. The famous New York City Sparkling Ball at the top illuminates and begins its descent with the push of a button. You will also receive a "New Year's Kiss" porcelain couple embracing and he's holding a bottle of Champagne. They are in vivid color! T is a small container of Fancy Confetti and extra Gold Snap-on Numbers to Celebrate beyond 2000.
