I'm selling a tin friction 1957 Ford station wagon car made by Bandai of Japan. The car measures 11 3/4 inches or 30 centimeters long and it is complete except for the back window glass. It is all original with the exception of the front window glass which is a very nice replacement window and some touchup on the back tail gate. . The car displays very well. The colors are bright and vivid. The chrome trim is in excellent condition, bright and shiny. The interior is beautiful. The base and tires are in great shape. There is some wear to the hubcaps and the friction motor does not work, sadly. There are some scratches in the paint, especially along the edges and a tiny ding in the roof. The car is far from perfect but it still remains a very nice example of a classic 1950's car. It is pictured on page 91 of the wonderful Big Book of Tin Toy Cars. Questions are welcome and I will be happy to provide additional photos. Shipping is 9.50 in the U.S.; overseas shipping will vary by country and method of shipping. I am always happy to combine shipping. Paypal is preferred for payment and within 3 days of end of auction, please. Thanks!!
