Hello! This is a listing for a Roy Rogers Mineral City Town Playset, made by Marx, circa mid-50's. Made of all tin and beautifully lithographed, this downtown western street-front measures 27 1/2" long, 6" deep, and 8 3/4 tall at its highest point. Missing 1 saloon door. All poles present and excellent. Has indentation on top right, just above the hotel roof. Playset is in amazing shape. Litho is awesome, super clean, with very few scratches. No rust or corrosion, except some foxing on the bottom (see pic). All tabs present and unbroken. The bottom tab on the right wall has come out (as shown in pic), but is not broken. This would require a little fidgeting to get back in the slot, so I left it alone. Has no accessories, but this is one of the few playsets that stands alone in decoration. Graded C-8.
