Herge's Tintin has been a cultural icon for longer than most of us have been alive. His adventures have been translated into many languages and have often been used to help students learn these languages. So it is any wonder that his adventures are still fondly remembered to this day? This auction is part of a series of hand painted cast metal figures that were done with fans in mind. This features the unflappable butler, Nestor valiantly trying to keep a tray balanced while Snowy chases a Siamese past him. The piece is approximately 3.25x2.75" tall. Some little paint flakes, but overall very solid condition.
