This is a gorgeous pre-patent Tiny Tears head on a replaced vinyl � Tiny Tears body. � The pre-patent Tiny Tears is the earliest, & in my opinion, the most beautiful of all the Tiny Tears. � This sweet baby has a perfect face with beautiful full lashed sleep eyed, & rosebud mouth. � Her coloring is nearly as vibrant as when she new. � Her molded hair has minor rubbing on the lower back of her head. � She is dressed in an adorable 3 piece outfit made from a vintage Tiny Tears pattern. �
