This is an original vintage Tiny Tears by American Character, circa 1950. Stamped on her neck is "PAT. NO. 2675644 AMERICAN CHARACTER DOLL". She stands approx. (19") tall and is heavy. She has a hard plastic head and rubber body. She has sleep eyes. Her wig is in very nice, clean condition. Her face has nice coloring, is clean and glossy. She has one small rub mark on the left side of her forhead near her wig line. This is not real prominent and mentioned to be accurate. The rest of her face is very nice with no distracting marks. Her painted eyebrows and lips are full and nice. She has full eyelashes. Her right eye is a little lazy and her eyes are lightly yellowed from age. The side of her neck has a very slight seperation along the seam, again, only mentioned to be 100% accurate. Her rubber body is in very nice condition. Much nicer than normally seen!! The body and limbs have very nice coloring and are very clean. T is light surface drying on her body and limbs. T are no breaks or cracks. This light surface drying does not detract in my opinion and is only mentioned to be accurate. Her arms and legs move freely for posing. Her dress is original and is in excellent and clean condition. It is bright and has no tears or holes. She has no odors. Insurance is optional. Thank you.
