Once again, we are selling a few more items from the "world's largest tire ashtray and memorabilia collection." is another one of the Tire Rate Books from the collection. This one is a bit ragged, but well over 400 pages. Loads of ads and tire info. Most of the contents are in fine codition. Some color. The ads alone are worth WAY more than our starting bid. We do not claim to be experts on anything, so please feel free to ask pertinent questions about any item of ours that you may be interested in bidding and we will do our best to answer them. We make no claim or warranty as to the suitability of any item for any purpose. What you see is what you get. Do not assume that something is included if you do not see it in a photo or it is not otherwise mentioned in the description. Any item we sell is returnable for a full refund less shipping charges if we have made a significant mistake in describing the item. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to OK the return. After the return is approved, the item must be mailed within 3 business days. The item must be received by us in the condition in which it was sent to you. We will refund the amount paid for the item only. Shipping and insurance, if desired, will not be refunded. Ending Auctions Early: While we do not generally end auctions early, we reserve the right to end any auction early if we discover a mistake in the listing or if t is no apparent interest in the item within 24 hours of the closing time . No transactions will be made outside of eBay. Payment: We will be happy to accept your personal check. We may hold shipment of your item until clearance based upon the amount of purchase or whether we have done business before. We will accept US postal money orders and ship ASAP. We will accept other money orders, but they will be treated as personal checks in regards to clearance and shipping. Paypal is gladly accepted and will normally speed your purchase to you. We may hold a shipment if paying by Paypal pending final clearance of payment based upon the amount and whether we have done business before. In general, we tend to trust out customers and have had very few problems over the years. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CHECKS, CASHIER'S CHECKS OR THIRD PARTY CHECKS UNDER ANY CONDITION! Shipping: We will work to help you save money on shipping w legally possible. We would much rather you spend money on our items than on postage. We typically ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
