Classic vintage Tissot dress watch, gold plated. Nice Tissot quartz dress watch for man or women, as it is a nice size at 35mm square. New battery fitted within the last 3 weeks and keeping really excellent time - well up to modern standards. For the technically minded the watch is fitted with the classic Tissot 2031 quartz movement, which allows the seconds to be corrected to keep the watch accurate and also allows the hour hand to moved independently of the minute hand for when changing time zones for example, or adjusting for summer time/winter time, without affecting the basic timekeeping of the watch. I dont have the original setting instructions, but do have a photocopy and time setting is a breeze. The watch is unboxed but in next to new condition. The gold plating is in really excellent condition with no wear marks I can see. The dial is a gorgeous brushed gold finish with black contrasting hands and applied hour markers. No original Tissot straps I'm afraid that's almost a given considering the age of the thing. But, the watch will come supplied with a nearly new brown leather calf grain strap with gold plated buckle. Also supplied will be a gold plated and steel flexi band made by the well known American company Speidel.
