This is an 80th anniversary cache printed by Yugoslavia to commemorate the sinking of the TITANIC. It is personally signed by Millvina Dean, who was just infant when the ship went down. Millvina and her brother Betran were saved along with their mother. Their father went down with the ship. This envelope also features a special TITANIC stamp and is postmarked April 14, 1992, 80 years to the day that the TITANIC hit the iceberg. On the back is certification that this cover is number 33 out of 100 printed. I ship worldwide.
