This is a very RARE Hasbro Titanium Series Classic Battlestar Galactica flagship from the Original 1978 ABC series. It is NOT the new "Galactica" ship from the re-imagined 2004-present Sci-Fi Channel television series, but rather the battlestar that started it all....the Classic "Galactica" !! This was put out by Hasbro in very limited numbers in the second quarter of 2008 and is already out of production. This ship is very hard to find to add to your collection, and it is very rare to find a LOOSE ship like this. Yes, that means it has been removed from its original packaging, which is now GONE, so what you get is this brand new Classic "Galactica" as depicted in the attached auction photos (you get this exact ship), plus the stand to display it on. If you are showcasing the entire BSG Titanium series on your desk or curio cabinet, you need this loose ship to add to your collection. BID NOW !! The "Galactica" measures approximately 3 inches long by 1.5 inches wide. It is made of die-cast METAL and has some nice weight to it for a small model. It is intricately detailed, right down to the original red stripes that surrounded the battlestars in the 1970's series.
