We ship every Monday thru Friday, excluding US holidays. Most paid orders received before noon (central time) should ship the same day, and paid orders received after noon will ship the next business day. Direct pick-up is available for local customers upon request. Canadian Customers: Shipments are sent via UPS Canadian standard. International shipments will not include any customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or duties in the shipping price. Canadian customers wil l be responsible for paying any additional fees. Oversized Items: UPS requires a minimum billing weight of at least 90 lbs plus a $45 large package shipping surcharge when the size of the package exceeds 130 inches (330 cm) in length and girth combined, as mandated by their dimensional weight shipping policy. Combined Shipping Discount: If you are purchasing multiple items , you may want to take advantage of combined shipping savings. Please wait until the close of your last auction, or your final Buy it Now auction selection to be completed prior to completing checkout. To confirm combined shipping rates for multiple items: Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to check out. However, prior to authorizing payment ("pay now" button) , first click the link for "request invoice total" which will send us a quick message requesting shipping options and totals. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES - Products may be returned up to 30 days after delivery for exchange or refund. TKO must issue a Return Authorization number prior to returning any item. To request an RA number, please send an email including the order ID or P.O. number, the product number (sku) of the item, and the reason for the return directly to . Photos are requested for damaged or defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable and arrangements for returns are the responsibility of the customer ( excluding products shipped in error or arrive damaged / defective, TKO will cover all costs in these instances. ) TKO strongly encourages you to obtain a tracking number or proof of shipping receipt, as we will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Returned products must be received by TKO in the original packaging and in brand new condition, just as it was shipped to you. TKO reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned with post delivery damage or if all the contents of the product are not returned. Credit will be applied to the original payment method for the item(s) purchased, less applicable shipping and restocking fees, within 10 days after receipt of the return. This refund policy does not apply to special orders, gift certificates, gym flooring, mats, refurbished equipment and commercial equipment. CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER HAS SHIPPED - Customer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs if the order is cancelled after it ships, including shipping cost to you and then back to our warehouse.
