Hello fellow eBayer's!! Here are my policies on my items I am selling: 1 ) First off, I spend a lot of time and energy to bring you the large selection of unique and vintage items that you see here. This is my job and my pleasure - I take great pride in what I do! I LOVE to get all this stuff and pass it on to avid collecters!!! I do my best to package the items with care and give excellent customer service. I have no control over your package once it leaves my hands, though. I also try everything possible to keep my shipping costs low, but I do not set the USPS or foreign shipping costs. Please remember this when leaving me feedback. 2) PLEASE CHECK THE SHIPPING CALCULATER FOR YOUR SHIPPING COSTS. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE MY SHIPPING COSTS, PLEASE PASS ON MY ITEMS. BIDDING IS ACCEPTANCE OF MY SHIPPING COSTS AND MY POLICIES. I do ship internationally. The calculator often estimates high, so international bidders, please wait for or request a total BEFORE PAYING. ***Duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer and ARE NOT included in your shipping estimation. Please plan for these. I do not lie or change the cost on customs forms. This is illegal! Please do not ask me to do so! 3) Items are shipped in boxes (even tiny items). This insures that the packages meet the US postal service requirements for delivery confirmation. This way, I have no surprises of extra shipping costs and your package has a better chance of arriving safely to your door. The exception to this is soft items shipped internationally (like clothing). These will be shipped in bubble envelopes to save my customers shipping expense. 4) I DO accept returns (not for buyer's remorse or because you change your mind). However, nearly all of my items are used, most are vintage or antique. I do not know the history of the items and many were stored poorly for years. Many are jumbled tog in boxes and I may not always get the items that go tog listed tog. If you notice a discrepancy in my description and the pics, please email and ask me about it. I am human and much goes on around here, so I do make mistakes. I do try to describe to the best of my ability, but my descriptions are only my opinions and what I can readily see. I try to provide pictures to help with my description. Please note: if you do not see an accessory in the pics, it is not included. No partial refunds to be given, unless okayed by me. 5) I gladly combine shipping on items that end within a seven day period. Please contact me and let me know you will be bidding on or buying more items. I expect payment within 3 days of the last auction end. 6) I expect payment within 3 (three) days of auction end. I am willing to work with you for extenuating circumstances, but all exceptions must be okayed by me! Non-compliance will result in a non-paying buyer case being opened or the transaction being cancelled. 7) I only accept PayPal. You MUST have a PayPal account to bid on my items. 8) I try my best to answer questions in a timely manner, but life happens sometimes , so please be patient. I do try to let you know if I cannot get info to you right away. I will normally ship the same day, or the day after payment is made. However, occasionally there will be a small delay due to weather or illness. I will let you know if your item is not arriving when expected (due to something on my part). The toes are chipped off. It is about 9 inches tall, necking is about 1 inch front to back across. It is still a nice body and socks and shoes will hide the toes or they could be repaired.
