` Welcome! This auction is for a 1991 Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tokka the Sinister Snappin Turtle action figure. The figure is MOC and has never been removed from the sealed card. The bubble has some fine lines, no dings or dents. Front of card has white price tag in the upper right corner; looking closely card has vertical spider veins from top of bubble to right of unpunched hook. Please review pictures carefully to evaluate the item condition for yourself. The figure comes from a smoke-free home/environment. Please email me if you have additional questions.
