Thanks for shopping our listings. Most of our items are pre-owned authentic Japanese collectibles from former Japanese collectors. The items are located in Japan and are ready to be shipped any where in the world to you. It is impossible for us to go into great lengthly detail about every item, so it is our policy to let the customer We try to show any serious flaws though our images if we notice them, but average used wear is rarely able to be picked up in the image and it is not always noticeable to us, so please don't expect gem mint items, as I'm selling this in pre-owned used condition. Please If you are still unsure about the item after inspecting the images, feel free to contact us 24 hours before the listing ends and we'll try to assist you. If the item is boxed, such as a figure, we honestly don't know if it's still new or used, as in most cases the prior owner took such good condition of it that it's almost impossible to tell the difference from the ones that we bought from a liquidator. Books/CDs/DVDs/Toys etc are only going to be in Japanese language and none other. We do combine shipping and it's based on the weight of the package with a very small fee for handling. Items normally arrive anywhere from 10 days to 1 month, so please don't buy tihs expecting it to arrive in 10 days, as it may arrive in 21 days or longer. All packages are sent airmail unless 1 - you inquire about the other shipping options, 2 - unless it violates a postal rule (see the section below the images) and 3 -unless you are from one of the blocked countries like Italy, Mexico, etc. Please read the section below the images for all these topics explained in full detail. Ordering Details: Methods of Shipping for ONE item: - The shipping costs you see shown in our listings are for airmail unless specified otherwise. We will ship either AIR or EMS to MOST countries. If you would like your EMS mail cost, please contact us for it, as our auctioning program only lets us put one mail cost in for the customer and we'd have to do it manually though ebay on request for you. We do not ship SAL mail because it is very slow and the average customer rates us very poorly when we use it, but if you are cool about slow arrival time and rate fairly in consideration of this slow time, you are welcomed to contact me about SAL rate. Some countries like Mexico and all of Central and South America and several Asian Countires must use EMS mail. I have blocked bidders from the countries to which I do not ship airmail. People from those countries will need to email me and tell me that they do accept the EMS shipping cost to get unblocked and be able to purchase our items. Italy: -- Italy may use either registered airmail or EMS mail. Italy users are blocked from bidding and they must contact me to be put on the list to buy from us. Combined Shipping Cost: - Yes, we combine shipping and it's based on the total weight of the package, NOT a per item cost. If you buy more than one listing, you must wait for me to send a combined shipping invoice with the correct total. If you do not do this, then you will be paying too much for your combined shipping. It is best to contact us for your combined cost before buying the items, as there are postal rules as shown further below that you may need to consider which may make your shipping cost higher than expected. Our Registered Service Policy: - If your order is $35.00 or higher, then we do require your package to be registered. This is an additional cost on top of your airmail shipping cost, usually $5.00.
