BARMINSKI KNIVE NEW IN MINT CONDITION MADE IN USA (LOVELAND,CO) This KNIFE has been stored untouched for many years. It has NEVER been used. This knife was made before 1990. It's one of his early and hard to find editions . MADE IN THE USA SPECIFICATIONS: D2 STEEL Scales are a LAMINATE. Sheath is also handmade by Tom Barminski Blade length is just under 6" Length overall is 10 1/2" Hardness 60 RC STEEL: The finest tool steels are used in the construction of the blade, in this case D-2 steel was chosen. Each blade is ground in the shop by its maker then heat treated under precisely controlled conditions for optimum performance. HANDLE: Laminated hardwood handles are used. Each handle is pinned and epoxied onto the tang. In this case dyes were used to give the wood brilliant colors. SHEATH: Is custom made with fine tooling leather for EACH knife. THE BARMINSKI GUARANTEE: Each Knife is made with meticulous attention to detail and should give its owner many years of service. The guarantee is for life providing the knife is used as a cutting tool and not a screwdriver, crowbar, hatchet etc. MORE INFO: I believe that this knife was made in 1989.
