This is a Tom Clark Gnome named Silas. Edition # 05. He has been a display item in the past but has spent the past 7 years in storage. This is an early Tom Clark gnome, t is not much detail to the base, a few large leaves but no pinecones or acorns. His clothing has very little detail as well. His jug says "X X" and judging by his face, he has had a few sips! My brother was a student at Davidson College in the late 70's/early 80's. It started with one gnome as a Christmas present and we blamed him for starting my parents "gnome addiction"! I have inherited 200+ of these but I have no place for displaying them so watch my auctions for further gnomes!
