This is a listing for a Tomy Smaller Homes and Garden Dollhouse. This dollhouse has been in my family for almost 30 years and is well-loved. It has been played with, but is still in good condition. It does have the usual wear and tear (please look closely at all photos) that any older item has, but the "wear" on it doesn't compromise the play still left in this dollhouse. Also, the livingroom and bedroom in the house have been "carpeted" with blue felt, and the kitchen has an area behind the stairs that was converted into a sitting room. The top floor also has a bathroom with a bath tub, sink and toilet that was added to the house. The rest of the furniture is original Tomy furniture. Lastly, a column was added to the bottom floor to help support the top floor. This dollhouse is so sweet and has a lot of the small, hard-to-find accessories included. These items include: headphones and records for the record player, blow dryer, child's diary (very rare), hangers for wardrobe, checkerboard and checkers, cat, cat dish, food for kitchen, dishes, tea kettle, Bible, trays for the dishwasher, trays for refrigerator. The furniture is also very nice. The only small furniture pieces missing are 2 drawers from the dressing table. All other drawers for the furniture are included.
