This coin was designed by John R. Sinnock, whose initials appear below the shoulder. The mint mark location is above the Liberty Bell under the E in States. If there is no mint mark this coin was struck in Philadelphia. Please see the pictures for visual detail. As with all the Raw coins and currency we offer the color is guaranteed original. This one would look great in either a NGC or PCGS holder.
