This was a limited edition of Tonner's Queen of Hearts doll created exclusively for FAO Schwarz in 2006. Wide-apart eyes of pale blue are the queen's most stunning feature in her lovely face which is enhanced by hair of Grecian gold that is elaborately braided and wrapped. The queen is dressed in a festive two-piece costume of dark red velvet, red and gold brocaded satin and glittering gold embroidery.The jacket has puffed sleeves, a collar embroidered in gold, and a rhyming gold tie at the waist. The skirt has a front panel of red brocade gleaming with gold medallions and red hearts, which is revealed by the drapery of the velvet skirt that is edged in gold embroidery, echoing the collar and sash. A unique medieval red velvet forester's hat of the same fabrics has a gold streamers and red net veil attached at the back. A parasol of the same fabrics, lovely red lace-up heeled boots, and red stud earrings complete the ensemble. I suggest you visit the Tonner website for a view of the hat. She will ship with her stand in the FAO box. She has only been removed from her box to the extent of taking the photos. I will ship worldwide.
