TONY HILLERMAN hcdj SIGNED 1st US edition THE BLESSING WAY Nice signed copy of early Tony Hillerman (1925-2008) novel THE BLESSING WAY. This is the writer's FIRST novel and first in the Navajo series featuring Lt. Leaphorn. Hardcover with dustjacket from 1970. Stated First Edition. Fifth printing? Number line is 72 73 10 9 8 7 6 5. Signed by Tony Hillerman in black felt tip. Book has been protected by a clear Brodart cover. I would rate this VG+. There is little wear, a few wrinkles to dustjacket edges, light dirt, slight corner bumping. Possibly the DJ spine is faded; don't have another to compare. Price has been clipped. Groovy magenta and purple boards and cover art! I have several other signed Hillerman novels listed - happy to combine auctions. Most of the signed books I list are from the Motion Picture & TV Guild library in California. The library receives donations from its supporters in the entertainment field and sells some of the more valuable books to make room for newer books that the residents want to read.
