Berkels Tool Box Generally as pictured The box measures about 290mm x 125mm x 73mm deep these sizes do not included the handle which is fixed and stands out from the tin by about 25mm and is about 126mm wide. To the top or lid of the box the name Berkel`s is pressed inside a "rectangle with rounded ends" The box is of folded and what appears soldered type seams and made from a tin or thin gauge steel. The appears to be no rust or pitting and all seams appear sound and the hinges appear to have little if any slack or wear in them. The box is a deep maroon colour under which is a lighter more "post office red" colour so the box may have been repainted at some time Appearing free of major dents of dings but has typical marks that come with time use and wear This item weighs about 688 grams before packing This is an old used item with marks and wear that come with time and use.
