Blinding bright green SW and LW fluorescing light apple green and light yellow-orange colored Willemite , some is weak short lived phosphorescent and there are some very thin phosphorescent Willemite veins, with black Franklinite - massive on one side and crystals scattered in white Calcite on the other. An excellent fluorescent Willemite specimen.From Franklin , Franklin Mining District, Sussex County, New Jersey Measures approximately 2 ½ inx 2 in x 1 ¼ in and weighs 13.15 oz ( 63 mm x 51 mm x 32 mm, 372.90 g) To show the fluorescent response the specimen was illuminated using 6 watt 254nm(Short Wave) / 366nm(Long Wave) UVGL-58 lamp (you need a proper UV light source to observe the fluorescence, more powerful lamp = brighter response ).
