Greetings, and thanks for looking! This is an auction for a good condition, ungraded original CARD #1 from the 1954 TOPPS BASEBALL SET, featuring TED WILLIAMS! Card color is very good, but card is cut off-center (see scans). Card shows edge wear, and at least three significant wrinkles (card was bent toward the front, and the wrinkles do not show on the back): one across the top half of the card; no broken paper surface but some ink damage to the side of Ted's cap, one at the lower left corner, -no ink damage, and one tiny one in the upper right that did break the paper surface . Card back is flat and smooth, and the card is stored in a hard screw-down holder. If you need a more complete description, email me and I'll do what I can to help . Show signing without authentication or PSA certification... though I'd recommend getting that for any serious collector... I'm just a lover of the game and the players playing during my birth year! Other listings this round DO feature other Gold and show-SIGNED cards from this set, as well as the complete set of 259.
