You are bidding on an authentic hip replacement prosthesis still in its original packaging. The gallery picture shows an example of what the implant looks like but the one you are bidding on is actually still sterile in its original box and in factory sealed plastic wrap as seen in the next two pictures. This implant is real unused implant, not a sample. These items typically cost a hospital anyw fro $2000 to $6000 and can be billed to the patient for much more. Furthermore, this is considered a collector's item since it is no longer actively produced. *(This item is intended for collecting purposes only, not for medical use.
